So, this morning on #GoodMorningAmerica, Barbara Corcoran spoke of the Zillow Lawsuite over #zestimates. A woman sued because she valued her home around $626k, while Zestimates had it around $562k. What Barbara C said is, this is JUST THE BEGINNING. It’s not an appraisal. Zillow also discloses that it can be off as much as 20%!! She pointed out that you need to ask an expert, i.e. a real estate agent, who knows the area! Please don’t use a “zestimate” when valuing a home. Ask me to do a full comp analysis
